2 KINGS 7-9
Wee! I'm third for today! Breakthrough. HAHAHA!
I was reading these passages on the bus to meet you smelly people for church office.
Well, there is no quotation of any verses today, because if i were to do so, it will be chucks and chucks.
Ok, I was reading the passages and it suddenly strike me that... "why God still bless those who do harm to the people? Why God will rise the people up as kings those He knows that they will do evil in His eyes." Isn't that contradicting when God says that he will bless those who love him? Why people are still blessed even though they do the wrong things, and in the bible it clearly says that they do evil in the eyes of the Lord. One person, Elisha was there. Witnessing every rise and death of the King, every fall of the nations and every harm the kings did. I got me thinking, why Elisha faith is still there despite seeing all these things happening. Why didn't he doubt God at any point of time? He still con't to walk with God closely.
Applications: I want to be like Elisha, no matter how things go, trust that God has the best plan because he is wiser than any man.
Agape,
